KS1000 AT QuadCore® – elevation panel with concealed interlocking joint
The wall panel KS 1000 AT with concealed fasteners can be installed vertically or horizontally. It can be used as lightweight cladding in all building types where the interior temperature is above 0°C.
The secret of the perfect thermal and fire properties of our panels lies in the core. The additional benefits of this system are the variety of coatings and profiles. It is an elevation panel with excellent insulation QuadCore®. It has an innovative hybrid core with the lowest thermal conductivity of 0.018 W/mK available on the market. With QuadCore®, you can improve the cladding insulation by up to 20%.
The standard external coating is polyester (PES), and the internal layer is polyester (PEI). Other optional coatings are available in the data sheet.

Manufactured length range
The minimum panel length is 2.5 to 2.9 m depending on the thickness.
The maximum available panel length is 15 m, but Kingspan recommends panels up to 13.5 long.
Panels shorter than 2.5 m are cut on site. Please ask our Customer Service regarding longer panels.
